Prosecutors Move to Drop Charges Against Shurtleff

Mark ShurtleffIt looks like the public corruption case against former Attorney General Mark Shurtleff is over. 

On Monday, prosecutors moved to dismiss all seven of the criminal charges against Shurtleff after Davis County Attorney Troy Rawlings said prosecutors were unable to provide Shurtleff’s defense team with documents and other discovery items. The filing also said there was insufficient evidence for prosecution on some charges.
