The Refugee Justice League today announced the publication of a new website – www.refugeejustice.org – that highlights their mission to promote and defend the Constitutional rights of all refugees in the United States of America.
The website features the League’s extensive work defending refugees throughout Utah.
The Refugee Justice League also announced that it has officially applied for 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status. With that tax-exempt status now pending, the League is now accepting tax-exempt contributions. All donations to the Refugee Justice League go directly to help defend the rights of refugees in our communities.
“This exciting new website will help us connect with and educate refugees, as well as service providers and all Utahns. It provides important information about refugee rights, key resources, and effective tools to find help when it’s needed most,” said Refugee Justice League Co-Founder James McConkie. “Nearly 100 local attorneys have joined the League, and they’re ready and eager to help refugees with their legal concerns and questions.”
The Refugee Justice League is a non-profit, non-partisan organization of lawyers and leaders founded to promote and defend the Constitutional rights of all refugees in the United States of America.
