Gov. Gary Herbert has climbed back into the top-10 of nation’s governors with the highest approval ratings, landing in the seventh spot.
Morning Consult’s latest quarterly poll of popularity ratings for all 50 governors in the nation finds Herbert with a 60% approval rating. 24% of Utahns said they disapprove of Herbert, while 16% expressed no opinion.
That’s up slightly from the Q3 poll by the firm, which put Herbert at 56% approval in Utah, and 29% disapproval.
Those numbers are much lower than UtahPolicy.com’s latest survey, which found that 70% of Utahns approve of Herbert’s job performance, while 24% disapprove.
