The party leadership post opened when Joni Crane stepped down in April to run for elected office in Uintah County. Among the declared candidates is former party chair James Evans who lost his bid for a third term as the head of the party last year. Wallace Tamee Roberts Burkholder Wade Marshall Miller Karece Thompson Nephi Aiono Jeanie Allen Nathan Carroll Tommy Olsen Jeff Allen James Austin Duke James Evans Cody Adams Chadwick Fairbanks Spencer Hall Ben Stanley J. Michael Isom Crane’s replacement will be chosen at the party’s State Central Committee meeting on May 19.
