GOP U.S. Senate candidate Mike Kennedy apologized to Pastor Robert Jeffress after his opponent, Mitt Romney, called him a “religious bigot.”
Jeffress has previously made controversial statements, including calling “Mormonism a heresy from the pit of hell.”
