Cicero Group ranked in top 50 consulting firms

In the 2020 Vault.com “Top 50 Consulting Firms” rankings, Cicero Group ranked as the No. 10 firm for overall business outlook, No. 17 boutique consulting firm, and No. 42 overall consulting firm. These rankings, in addition to recognition for top informal training and internal mobility, position Cicero Group as one of the leaders in management consulting in North America.

“Each year, we take proactive steps to not only grow our business but also foster a culture of inclusivity and rapid growth for our consultants,” said Dr. Trent Kaufman, CEO of Cicero Group. “When candidates accept positions at Cicero, we immediately support their growth with a year-long training program, an engaged mentorship program, and full ownership over their opportunities. It’s because of this support that our business thrives, and we can have such a positive outlook on our future growth.”

In addition to high rankings for internal mobility, firm culture, selectivity and work/life balance, Vault.com gave Cicero Group high marks for overall satisfaction, promotion policies and firm leadership. These individual rankings often overlap with the four pillars of the “Cicero Way,” an internal cultural structure for individuals and the overall firm to grow and succeed.

“Our purpose at Cicero Group is to help people create and continuously deliver extraordinary results,” said Lawrence Cowan, COO of Cicero Group. “The Cicero Way is one differentiator of why the best and brightest often choose our firm over the big three and why our firm continues to rapidly grow.”

On Vault.com’s methodology: Vault.com asked consultants to anonymously rate the prestige of consulting firms in their region, and to select the strongest firms for each specific practice area. The “Best Firms to Work For” ranking is based on 22 quality of life categories—including benefits, diversity and training opportunities.
