Utah State School Board candidates to debate

On Wednesday, Sept. 30, the Utah Education Debate Coalition will continue its virtual State School Board Debate Series – this time for the general election.

These debates give candidates running for the Utah State Board of Education – 15 members that represent over 150,000 people each – time to discuss their stances on important issues, and for voters to meet, learn more about the individual candidates, and ask questions that matter to them.
The members of the Utah State Board of Education make critical decisions regarding the direction of education in our state. We invite you to tune into these debates, ask questions and vote!

General election debate schedule:

  *   District 12: Wednesday, Sept. 30 – 7 to 8 p.m.
  *   District 11: Tuesday, Oct. 6 – 7 to 8 p.m.
  *   District 3: Thursday, Oct. 8 – 7 to 8 p.m.
