To ensure that Utah’s business community is effective and compliant in their efforts to advance their interests, the Salt Lake Chamber developed the Government Affairs Bootcamp. As Utah’s leading business advocacy organization, this intensive two-day bootcamp is designed for new and experienced government affairs professionals, company executives and public policy advocates to improve their effectiveness and understanding of advocating in the state of Utah.
Attendees will graduate with a Certificate of Government Affairs from the Salt Lake Chamber and will be able to pass the state’s lobbying exam and gain an understanding of federal lobbying regulations.
The discussion will be held on site at the Salt Lake Chamber in our large Boardroom. A maximum of 20 people will be admitted to the program as this will allow optimal ability to maintain social distancing. We will require everyone in attendance to wear a mask, practice social distancing, and check temperatures at the door to ensure maximum wellness and safety for all participants.
