Weber County Recorder, Leann Kilts, has been named Recorder of Year by the Utah Association of Counties, an organization consisting of most of Utah’s 29 counties, which aims to provide services to elected county officials in their effort to improve efficiency and effectiveness of Utah’s county governments. This prestigious award is well-deserved, as Leann’s expertise, collaboration, and exceptional work ethic has had a significant impact on services for Weber County and statewide residents alike.
