Utah entrepreneur, success coach, philanthropist, and author David Ibarra announced today the newly acquired licensing rights to establish training and certification programs based on Dr. Napoleon Hill’s Science of Success philosophy in mainland China (including Hong Kong) and Singapore. The agreements with the Napoleon Hill Foundation make Ibarra the largest licensee of Think and Grow Rich seminars in the world.
Ibarra has already founded learning institutes in Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean with certified life coaches and seminar trainers in Mexico, Costa Rica, Panama, Belize, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Cuba, Dominican Republic, and Puerto Rico. These programs provide a suite of live and technology-based training and coaching solutions that allow people to identify their purpose and apply it to achieve success.
“My mission in life is to introduce everyone to their other self,” said David Ibarra. “Just as the Think and Grow Rich principles changed my life and the lives of millions of others, I am honored to share the secret of true and lasting success with even more people around the globe.”
The son of a Mexican immigrant father and a rural Utah mother, Ibarra spent much of his childhood in foster care. He began his career in the hospitality industry as a dishwasher. With the influence of Think and Grow Rich, ten years later he became the youngest franchise owner of Farrell’s Ice Cream Parlour Restaurant and has since founded several companies.
“We are in control of what happens to us and you can be a victim or a victor,” Ibarra said. “My focus with these trainings is to teach people how to become goal setters to achieve a positive work experience. Once you have that success, it creates the freedom to excel in life’s most important roles to be better parents, partners, and neighbors.”
Dr. Napoleon Hill established his 17 Principles of Success in his book, Think and Grow Rich, which is the all-time bestseller in the self-help genre. The Napoleon Hill Foundation is a nonprofit educational institution whose mission is to perpetuate his philosophy of leadership, self-motivation, and individual achievement.
