This is a political low blow. An ad from a group calling itself the "Agenda Project" basically blames Republican budget cuts for the spread of Ebola.
The ad uses footage of Mitch McConnell and other Republicans talking about cuts to the Centers for Disease Congrol and National Institutes of Health, then implies those cuts are playing a part in this year's Ebola outbreak.
