The Utah Republican party took to federal court to undo a compromise reached between Utah lawmakers and organizers of the "Count My Vote" initiative that provides for a second path to the primary ballot.
The GOP says the bill is unconstitutional because it imposes restrictions on how the party selects nominees for public office.
