A trade group is asking the Utah Legislature to make changes to a proposed resolution asking Congress to pass online sales tax legislation.
NetChoice sent the letter (below) to the Senate Revenue and Taxation Committee asking them to bring the resolution, SJR 6, in line with a proposal in Washington, D.C. that they feel would be a better solution to the problem of collecting sales tax online.
