Could Kim Kardashian Be A Presidential Candidate?

NOOOOOOO!

An international betting site is giving 1,000-1 odds that Kim Kardashian wins the White House as the first woman president of the United States.

The Hill says Kardashian has increasingly become involved in the political arena, which is likely the reason Paddy Power is taking bets on her candidacy.

The star has increasingly involved herself in politics of late. She wrote an op-ed Friday calling on President Obama to use the word “genocide” to describe the massacre of 1.5 million Armenians in 1915.

“I would like President Obama to use the word ‘genocide’,” Kardashian said in a Time magazine story. "It's very disappointing he hasn't used it as president. We thought it was going to happen this year."

Kardashian recently waded into a political debate to call her stepfather Bruce Jenner "courageous" for transitioning to become a woman.

"Love is the courage to live the truest, best version of yourself. Bruce is love. I love you Bruce. #ProudDaughter," Kardashian posted on Instagram. "It might not always be easy but we support you no matter what! Your honesty has opened the doors for others to be courageous and live an authentic life! #respect #hero #family."

Other celebrities given a chance to win the White House include George Clooney (400-1) and Donald Trump (150-1).

Hillary Clinton gets the best odds among Democrats at 1.25-1 while Jeb Bush has 5-1 chances of winning in 2016.

Part of me has a morbid fascination with the idea of Kanye West serving as the "First Husband." His often insane-sounding rantings would have a high entertainment value. Having the rest of the fame-obsessed family as a part of the Washington scene would also provide plenty of spectacle.

Who knows? Maybe people would start paying attention to politics again.

Then again, being president is a tough job, and no one in this family has ever really worked a day in their lives…
