Jackie Biskupski sits down with Managing Editor Bryan Schott to talk about the 2015 campaign and why she decided to challenge two-term incumbent Ralph Becker.
Biskupski is particularly concerned about the current sexual harassment claims rocking the Salt Lake City Police Department.
"Any mayor needs to be an example and show this is not tolerable, nor should it be," she says. "There you have three women in one department experiencing sexual harassment. How is that sending a message that this is not going to be tolerated?"
She also has some harsh words for Mayor Becker on his handling of the prison relocation issue and talks about why we cannot afford to continue to ignore Salt Lake City's west side.
