The Utah Senate Judicial Confirmation Committee is seeking public comment on Governor Herbert's appointment of Elizabeth M. Knight to the Third District Juvenile Court.

The Senate Judicial Confirmation Committee will discuss this appointment in a public meeting, likely to be held in July. The committee will issue a report to the full senate prior to a confirmation vote. If confirmed, Knight will fill a vacancy created by the retirement of Judge Christine S. Decker on February 16th, 2015.
