It’s one thing for a financial institution to claim they have top notch business products and service. It’s quite another to prove it.
But thousands of businesses polled by Connecticut-based Greenwich Associates, an independent market research firm, helped Zions Bank do just that. Zions Bank, as part of Zions Bancorporation, earned 31 Greenwich Excellence Awards, the highest number of awards given among all U.S. banks for 2015.
Greenwich Associates surveys businesses about their bankers each year, checking for high quality products and customer service. Out of more than 600 banks evaluated by the firm for the 2015 awards, just 34 were recognized.
Zions Bank was recognized in four categories: Middle Market Banking (comprised of banking clients with $10 million to $550 million in annual sales), Middle Market Cash Management, Small Business Banking (based on clients with $1 million to $10 million in annual sales) and Small Business Cash Management.
Zions Bank received awards in all four categories for Overall Satisfaction and Western Region Satisfaction. It earned 23 additional awards.
