World Trade Center Utah is sponsoring several important upcoming events. Here’s a look:

–The trade war has begun: how to avoid becoming collateral damage. Friday, Aug. 10, noon, Little America Hotel, a Thought Leader Symposium will feature remarks by Sen. Orrin Hatch. A panel of experts will share their experiences about the impacts of tariffs and how to develop strategies to mitigate costs. Cost is $35. Register here.

–Save the Date, Utah Global Forum. Nov. 8, Grand America Hotel.  The Utah Global Forum is Utah’s premier international business event that attracts hundreds of business executives and domestic and foreign trade officials from throughout the world. This year’s theme, “Utah – Crossroads of the World,” was chosen in anticipation of three major state projects: the opening of the new Salt Lake City International Airport, the expansion of Utah’s burgeoning tech sector, and the groundbreaking of the Utah Global Trade Port.
