The Salt Lake City Human Resources Department, in collaboration with the Public Services, Public Utilities, Sustainability, Airport, and Emergency Management Departments, will hold a Job Info Fair at Salt Lake City Hall (City & County Building) on Wednesday, November 28.
The info fair is for all individuals interested in learning about job opportunities with Salt Lake City Corporation, with a focus on skilled trade positions currently available or coming soon.
Attendees will meet current Salt Lake City hiring managers and employees to hear about the benefits of working for the City. There will be computers available for prospective candidates to apply for open positions and staff will be available for onsite interviews.
Salt Lake City has job openings in Streets, Fleet, Utility & Water Services, Parking Enforcement, Facilities, Waste & Recycling, Emergency Management, Airport, and more. Current opportunities include Asphalt Equipment Operators, CDL Drivers (will train!), Crossing Guards, and more.
Attendees can park for free in the Salt Lake City Main Library underground parking facility, which can be accessed from eastbound 400 South between 200 and 300 East. Event staff will provide parking validations.
