Glenn Beck says Orrin Hatch was involved in bringing the NSA data center to Utah, making the Beehive State a target for a tactical nuclear strike.
Beck’s tirade was against Hatch and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, whom he called “two spooky Mormons.”
Beck believed that given all the international criticism of the NSA, the data center could very well be the target of a tactical nuke, and was convinced Hatch was completely responsible for bringing the data center there in the first place. He accused Hatch of being, like Reid, a “progressive,” and warned that Republicans like Hatch and their “cronies” are trying to get back to a system where power is tightly controlled and more outspoken people like (Texas Senator Ted) Cruz have less influence.
