Heidi Balderree announces reelection bid for Utah Senate District 22

Senator Heidi Balderree, a dedicated advocate for conservative values and legislative reform, has declared her intention to seek re-election for Utah Senate District 22. With a background in community engagement, education, and policy advancement, Balderree brings a wealth of experience to her re-election campaign.

Biographical Background:

Heidi Balderree has devoted her career to uniting concerned citizens and advancing policies that improve lives. Her work includes building coalitions and leading conservative education campaigns, along with advocating for significant legislative reforms such as school choice and income tax reduction.

Before winning the special election in October, Balderree worked as a Community Engagement Director for Americans for Prosperity Utah. She currently works as a Business Evaluator for the Graduate Business Ethics Team at Western Governors University. Her experience also includes being a former private and public school educator, teaching Spanish and Japanese, in grades four through twelve. Heidi’s commitment to service extends to her personal life, as she and her family have participated in humanitarian service trips to Peru, Belize, the Dominican Republic, and Costa Rica.

Balderree stands firm on the principle of moral integrity and pledges to call out any preferential treatment or crony capitalism she observes in policymaking. She believes in a government that avoids selecting winners and losers, favoring fairness and free markets.
